I have a true passion for food and the love of cooking for others, with the intention of giving happiness and smiles to my guests. I started my life in the food and restaurant industry without even knowing it. Washing dishes, bussing tables, tossing pizzas, and making sandwiches were the beginning. Serving tables and bartending in fine dining led to my fascination with food and excitement to be in the kitchen. After earning a degree in Culinary Arts, I turned my passion for all things food into reality and would love to share my passion with you.
With years of success in fine dining, casual dining, and catering, I have experienced cooking in multiple kitchen settings, while having opportunities to study under leading local Chefs. I am knowledgeable in a diversity of cuisines and culinary techniques, and have a strong understanding of flavor profiles.
I cook using the freshest of local and seasonal ingredients. With personal consultation, I create custom menus in accordance with your lifestyle, eating habits, and nutritional and dietary considerations. I source all ingredients and cook at your private location, creating the dining event of your dreams!
I am constantly experimenting with new ideas and creating new recipes for extraordinary events such as holiday parties, private events, special celebrations, brunches, backyard parties, boat cruises, intimate gatherings and much more!
